I have recurring back pain. This helps to relieve the aches and pains to help me sleep or get through the day.
My prescribed medicines do not allow me to use ibuprofen or aspirin, so CBD is nature's way of helping me to move around .
After a week my subscription hadn’t shipped. Multiple attempts to contact customer service were ignored. (A week later I received a terse response with no explanation or apology) After all that, when my shipment finally arrived, it was the wrong flavor.
Was looking for a 50mg Broad Spectrum gummy. Products are sorted by total MG, instead of something actually useful like dosage/count. (I had to create an external spreadsheet to determine what they had)
I’d go on, but ran out of space.
I couldn’t be happier with the BOLT CBD Fruit Flavored Gummy Bears – 3000mg 120 Count. I buy them monthly and get nervous when I’m close to running out. I take two every night before I go to sleep. It has gotten me off prescription sleep aids. And one is the perfect fix when I need a little calm for those irritable moments or when I get a bit anxious. With no weird side effects!
I ordered the CBD gummy‘s, which I usually get and have for a couple of years. This time I did not get them. It probably took me 15 attempts at phone calls before I finally got a hold of someone. I had emailed and text. I was told they were on backorder and they would send me a substitute and they still have not done that. Terrible customer service I’m so disappointed. I have always been happy with this company and I am so ready to call my credit card and ask for a refund an shop somewhere else.
Customer service was non responsive via email and website chat for a week. I got through on the phone 1 time after a week of calling with no answers. Found out my order was out of stock and 9 days later I received a different product from my original order though USPS.
Time to find a different company for my CBDs. I will never order from BOLT again!
