WHAT DAY WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP? DO YOU SHIP ORDERS ON THE WEEKEND?
We only ship products on the weekdays (Monday-Friday). Our goal is same-day-shipping for all the orders that we receive, but we do not guarantee it.
Friday orders are not guaranteed to go out before the weekend, depending on the order volumes and time received.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders within the United States usually take within 7-10 business days.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?
Our small order shipping cost is $9.99. Order $69.99 and above have free shipping!
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
The tracking number can be found on your order confirmation email or if you have created an account with us, you will find it in your order history.
I DIDN’T GET MY PACKAGE ON TIME?
We do not guarantee a specific shipping time for our orders. You can track the package and check with the service provider for more updates. Once the package leaves our possession, we do not have any control over how long it will take for you to receive your package.
MY TRACKING SAYS THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If the USPS says the package was delivered but you have not yet received it, please contact USPS or your local post office for further assistance. We recommend opening a research of delivery claim with USPS, which may help in locating your package’s whereabouts. Please be aware that there can sometimes be a delay in actual delivery time with USPS.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING WHEN I WANT A REFUND?
If the mistake is on our end, we will take care of the shipping cost for the refund. However, if you change your mind and want a refund for any reason, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
DO I NEED TO USE A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE?
If you are shipping items worth over $50, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we do not ship our products internationally.
